If you are in the process of planning a wedding, you know how stressful and overwhelming it can be. Ironically this stress comes from what is to be one of the happiest days of your life, so keep that in mind! Little problems or big problems may arise, but you need to go with the flow, resolve them, and remember that in the end your wedding will happen and you will be married to the person of your dreams. For those times where you are feeling the tension, try out the below fun ideas to help you relax and calm down your body and mind.
Have a girl’s night out… or in! You need to have some fun during the planning of the wedding. When things start feeling stressful, why not have a girl’s night out to relieve some stress. Go out dancing, have some dinner, catch a movie. Or, just have your friends over for some drinks and some takeout. The key is to keep it low key.
Why not take a long bath by candlelight and soak away that stress? Another great idea is to add a few drops of essential oil for some well-deserved aromatherapy. You will be amazed of what 30 minutes of pampering yourself will do!
Read!!! Grab a good book and find a comfy spot outside or somewhere private in your house. Reading calms the mind and transports you to a different place.
Have a date night! Do something romantic for your fiance. Go out to a nice dinner or have a dinner and movie night in. This will lift your mood and bring the focus back to you as a couple in love. Make it a rule NOT to talk about the wedding planning for the night.
Exercise! Exercise will help to relieve stress like you wouldn’t believe. So, hit the gym or just take a long walk. It will get your endorphins flowing help you to feel better mentally and physically.
Enjoy the great outdoors! Get outside and get some fresh air. Whether you build a snowman, do some gardening, hit the beach or lake this will energize you and give you a much-needed dose of vitamin D.
Sleep. It sounds like a no-brainer but don’t take it for granted. Take power naps and make sure to get a good night’s sleep. Sleep will help with your mood, energy and focus.

Relationships in Hollywood seem to come and go, at a moments notice. With this fast-paced nature, it’s hard to keep up with which male celebrities are still single. Luckily for you, here’s a sampling of some of the top Hollywood hunks who are very much available for your love and affection.
Jake Gyllenhaal has been navigating the single life since ending a brief relationship with Taylor Swift in January 2011. The 31-year-old actor is a workout fanatic (which is no surprise given his ripped physique), a strong supporter of the American Civil Liberties Union, and a family-orientated guy. Although Gyllenhaal was never voted Sexiest Man Alive by People, he was listed in the magazine’s “Hottest Bachelors of 2006.”
David Duchovny, best known for playing Fox Mulder on the hit sci-fi television series The X-Files, may have checked himself into rehab over the summer of 2008 for having a sex addiction, but how can anyone resist this sexy man with boyish good looks? The 51-year-old is currently separated from wife Tea Leoni of 14 years.
8. Colin Farrell
Colin Farrell, the Irish actor known for his roles in films such as Minority Report and Phone Booth, is for those gals who like bad boys. In the past he’s gone to rehab for an addiction to painkillers and even had a sex tape scandal. He married English actress Amelia Warner in 2001, but it only lasted for four months. In 2009, he had a son with girlfriend Alicja Bachleda-Curus, but the couple ended their relationship the following year. Wonder what it will take to get this 35-year-old to commit to a long-term relationship.
Zac Efron entered the dating pool as soon as he starred in the 2006 movie, High School Musical. His pretty boy looks has attracted a large female fan base, including his costar Vanessa Hudgens, whom he dated for four years. Fans should get used to Efron, 24, being a bachelor or at least deeming him a future boyfriend (rather than a future husband) since he told GQ magazine in 2009 that he had no imminent plans to tie the knot. “I’m not getting married until I’m 40. If ever,” he said. “The thought never crossed my mind.”
Jamie Foxx, is definitely a fox. The 44-year-old is a multi-talented star who can act, sing, and make you laugh, all while looking sexy. He’s known to enjoy parties and is a family man, having an 18-year-old daughter. In 2010, there were rumors that Foxx was dating Clueless star Stacey Dash after she accompanied him to the Oscars.
John Stamos has been a Hollywood hunk since his days as Jesse Katsopolis on hit late 1980s series Full House. Stamos, 48, hasn’t had any serious relationships since his divorce from Rebecca Romijn back in 2005, after five years of marriage.
4. Chace Crawford
Chace Crawford, wins the hearts of young females every week with his role as Nate Archibald on the CW’s Gossip Girl. The 26-year-old hottie has been romantically linked to model Amanda Laine and Lauren Conrad, but he recently revealed to the British magazine Closer that he is single and hasn’t had a girlfriend in the while because he “can’t find The One.” But he did say that his perfect date would involve going to a Black Eyed Peas concert and his ideal girlfriend would be “a girl who touches [him] on the inside.”
3. Leonardo DiCaprio
Leonardo DiCaprio may be dating Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton, 22, but the blue-eyed heartthrob is still looking for his true love. The 37-year-old actor recently revealed that he is still searching for his soul mate and when he finds that girl, he will settle down and marry. He noted that “pretentious” and “vindictive” women are definitely out of the running.
Usher, the R&B star with hardcore abs, has been on the market since 2009, after finalizing his divorce from wife Tameka Foster, a stylist, whom he has two children with. The two married in lavish ceremony in August 2007, but ended their marriage after being separated almost a year after tying the knot. In 2010, the 33-year-old singer told Live magazine that while he is quite busy juggling his career and being a single dad, he is “looking for someone who would be a complement to [his] life.”
1. Bradley Cooper
Bradley Cooper, who earned the 2011 title of People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive for his baby blue eyes and irresistible smile, is single despite circulating rumors that he’s dating Jennifer Lopez. The 36-year-old Limitless star, who ended his relationship with Renee Zellweger in March 2011 after over a year of dating, can cook, speak French, and has a love of motorcycles. Although the common notion of single man in the entertainment business is that they are players, Cooper told People that he doesn’t consider himself to be a ladies’ man.
